Day 7 - No words.

Say it with me....CRAP.

Weight loss is HARD.

I want to go to sleep and wake up 75 lbs lighter.

Why can't I?

UGH.

All crap, yesterday was, all crap.

Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap.

I know I want this, but why can't I just push myself and do it?? Hmmm?

  1. you can do Jen - if you just do one day, the next day will be better, and so on. Give yourself a treat of one good meal a week and live for that moment...lol...
